这句话that后面的部分如何理解呢？that后面不应该加一个陈述语气的句子吗，他这个以who做主语的意思是啊，大家应该怎么样理解呢 ?
据网上说这是人大1998年的考博题。假如确实这样的话，人大就把人丢尽了。who为错误，改为she。
